Job Summary :
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join and participate in the leadership of our recovery team Collections Manager provides day-to-day work to the group, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and provides supervision to and evaluation of direct reports. As part of the collection team you will be responsible for leading a team and supervising them in collection of Varies loans and oversee day-to-day operation.
Job description Responsibilities of candidates include :

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.
• Update account status and database regularly.
• Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary, Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture & Set clear team goals.
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Taught collectors to get and keep people on the phone.
• Always followed the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and ensured collectors did as well.
• Performed phone monitoring and random call audits.
• Assisted staff in meeting collections goals.
• Helped staff succeed at maximum collections.

License/Certification: DRA Certified (Preferred)
Experience: Loan Recovery/Collection Process: 1 year & Above (Preferred)
Collection Manager : 1 year & Above (Preferred)
